From Germany and France to Asia rates will rise US$500 per TEU, $550 per FEU or FEU high cube as well as $2,000 per reefer TEU or FEU.
From Belgium and the Netherlands to Asia, rates will rise $400 per TEU or FEU and $2,000 per reefer TEU or FEU.
From the UK to Asia rates will rise $300 per TEU and FEU and $2,000 per reefer TEU or FEU.
