OOCL starts direct China-Red Sea service

OOCL has started purchasing slots on Cosco`s Far East-Red Sea service (FRX), to offer customers a China-South East Asia-Red Sea service.

Cosco`s FRX service connects Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shekou and Singapore to Aden, Jeddah, Sokhna, Aqaba and Yantian, reports Alphaliner.


It said, "OOCL serves Jeddah with the Grand Alliance Loop A and used to serve the other Red Sea ports by transshipment."
