ECU LINE POLAND has announced that it will commence a direct less-than-container-load (LCL) service from Warsaw to the Far East and South East Asia, and has appointed a regional sales manager for the Warsaw area, in a bid to attain its goal of becoming a leading NVOCC in the Polish market within the next two years.

The move comes in response to customers` demand for more import trade lanes from the Far East. In addition to serving the traditional trades, Ecu Line has also started direct weekly LCL service from Dehli and Nava Sheva.

"With a team of import specialists, Ecu Line offers a state-of-the-art import service with competitive transit times and reliable service levels. In this respect, the team has been strengthened in Gdynia (Poland) office to 15 shipping professionals," the company added in a statement.
