Eastern China trucking hit with diesel fuel shortages

DIESEL fuel shortages have appeared in areas of Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces in eastern China, affecting trucking, said Hellmann Logistics in a notice to trade.

"Some gas stations have no diesel fuel and some allow (a maximum of 200 litres) to trucks five tons and above," said Hellmann. "We hope this situation will not last long, but for this week the chance is that the total transit time could be affected."
