STRIKING pilots have prompted Lufthansa to change its flight schedule this week to and from Hong Kong.
A new strike flight schedule can be accessed at www.lufthansa.com where lists of flights are presented, showing the current planning.
About two thirds of the affected Lufthansa flights are cancelled, but the airline`s regional partners such as Lufthansa CityLine and others will operate flights according to the schedule.
The airline will not be able to offer its usual flight programme for customers from Hong Kong for the duration of the strike, said a company statement.
Depending on the actual operating conditions during the strike, further changes could be made to thel schedule, the statement said.
