Hanjin Shipping restores Transatlantic rates

KOREA`s Hanjin Shipping has announced a rate restoration for all North American shipments to and from North Europe and the Mediterranean take effect December 1.
The rate increases are US$250 per TEU and US$350 per FEU on all container types including dry and reefers.
Hanjin Shipping comments that despite the company`s continuous efforts to reduce costs, this rate restoration is inevitable in order to maintain quality service to its customers under the current economic climate.
