Hong Kong`s OOCL names Erxin Yao as new US president

HONG KONG`s Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) is to replace its US president Peter Leng following retirement with its current managing director OOCL (China), Erxin Yao who will relocate to California on January 1 and also take up a position as director and member of the shipping line`s executive committee.
This leads to a management reshuffle with Stephen Ng, senior vice president for the transpacific for OOCL (USA) to relocate to Hong Kong as transpacific director on January 1.
Transatlantic vice president Paul Devine will head up sales as senior vice president at San Ramon, California, offices, moving from New York.
Henry Wong head of OOCL Europe will also be relocated to Hong Kong in November as director of the corporate logistics department from its current position as head of OOCL Europe.
Additionally, Bosco Louie takes the directorship for the new regions management department, said the company statement
