US National Labour Relations Board orders ILWU to stop harassing ICTSI

What the NLRB says are violations of federal law include slowdowns and work stoppages, threats and coercion to disrupt the operations of Manila-based ICTSI that runs the Portland terminal.
"We are gratified by the NLRB`s ruling, which rejected all of the ILWU`s legal arguments." said ICTSI Oregon CEO Elvis Ganda, reported the American Journal of Transportation of Plymouth, Massachusetts.
"Hopefully, this decision will bring us one step closer to ending the ILWU`s orchestrated and illegal campaign to undermine the success of Terminal 6 and to convincing the shipping companies to return," he said.
