K` Line adds call to Thailand on East India Express from September 7

JAPANESE shipping giant "K" Line has announced it is enhancing its East India Service with the introduction of a new Thailand - East India Express (TCX) on September 7 from Laem Chabang as a slot operator.

The port rotation will be Laem Chabang, Singapore Port Klang, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Port Klang, Singapore and back to Laem Chabang.


"With this service, the transit time from Laem Chabang to Chennai will be cut to eight days, thus `K` Line will be able to provide an even better quality service in this region," said the company.


"K" Line also operates another weekly service (called INDFEX-2) calling at Busan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Shekou, Singapore and East India.
