Hong Kong`s OOCL wins top award from US Agricultural Transport Coalition

HONG KONG`s Orient Overseas Container Line took first place in the annual ocean carrier performance survey taken among members of the US Agriculture Transportation Coalition (ATC).

The ATC votes annually for carriers providing best customer service. The survey is based upon ease of booking cargo, accuracy of documentation and other customer service metrics.


Singapore`s Neptune Orient Lines container unit APL, which took top spot last year, was came in second with Evergreen coming in third among the 19 ocean carriers considered.
