MARSEILLES` CMA CGM Group has announced the appointment of Olivier Dubois as group chief financial officer. He will replace Jean-Yves Schapiro who has decided to take on new challenges outside the shipping industry.
Olivier Dubois graduated from ESSEC Business School in 1976 and IEP Paris (Business Administration) in 1978. His experience has spanned over 30 years. In his last post, he was an executive officer at Theolia from May 2009 to February 2010.
Mr Dubois will work in close cooperation with Jean-Yves Schapiro until the end of August.
